Và gia đình em có nói chuyện với công an rằng đó là điều không may xảy ra, và lúc đó người ta sang đường không nhìn nên em trai em đã đâm vào, gi đình kia bắt bồi thường tiền và bắt rằng em trai em đi tù.và đã cho rằng con người ta không sai gì cả, khi gia đình em có nói thì công an lại cám không cho nói. <p>Tôi trình bày sự việc như sau: Nhà tôi khai hoang đất giờ đang sử dụng từ năm 1987 đến nay. giờ chưa có sổ đỏ cũng như giấy sử dụng đất. Năm 2000 xã làm sổ đỏ nhưng gia đình tôi không làm.</p>
<p>Cách đây 6 tháng (1/7/2013) tôi lên xã làm sổ đỏ. cán bộ xã đưa cho 1 bộ hồ sơ để làm các yêu cầu của hồ sơ. Tôi đã làm hoàn tất các yêu cầu của hồ sơ. </p>
<p>Gia đình chúng tôi sử dụng đất hoang từ năm 1987. sủ dụng trước mốc 15-10-1993. </p>
<p>Nhưng đến giờ cán bộ xã chưa làm xong. Gia đình chúng tôi thấy làm sổ đỏ lâu. gia đình chúng tôi cần sổ đỏ để bán đất. </p>

sau đó bạn tạp trung đưa tôi lên bệnh viện huyện ,nhưng bệnh viện huyện giới thiệu sang bệnh biện việt nam ba lan nghệ an<br />
sau khi bệnh viện việt nam ba lan khám và chụp xquang kết quả 1 viên đạn nằm thẳng giữa con mắt phải của tôi<br />
tiếp đến Bệnh viện đa khoa việt nam ba lan giới thiệu đi thẳng ra bệnh viện mắt WT<br />
Sau khi bệnh viên mắt WT khám và và khâu mổ lấy viên đạn ra hiện nay viên đạn đang nhoèm máu tôi đang cất giữ<br />
Bác sì bảo con mắt rách hết giác mạc bị mù vĩnh viện sau khi sự việc xảy ra gia đình có con cầm súng bắn cam kết sẽ cung cấp chi phí điều trị và giải quyết dân sự .nhưng thời gian tôi nằm viện chỉ đưa cho gia đình tôi 3 lần 26 triệu trong lúc đó tôi phải chi trả cho bệnh viện 52 triệu có đầy đủ hóa đơn chứng từ ,<br />
Hiện tại bây giờ gia đình đó không quan tâm gì nữa ,<br />
Chúng tôi rất buồn bực không biết làm sao.khi kêu đến thì gia đình đó bảo là hết tiền rồi để cho con nó đi tù chứ không có tiền nữa .(xin nói rõ thêm về người cầm súng bắn y đã có 1 vợ 2 con sống chung với bố mẹ bố.bố y cũng là cháu ruột của trưởng công an xã chúng tôi ở cùng trong 1 thôn -xã với nhau )sau khi sự việc xảy ra công an cũng lấy lời khai tịch thu khẩu súng<br />

<p>Tôi trình bày sự việc như sau: Nhà tôi khai hoang đất giờ đang sử dụng từ năm 1987 đến nay. giờ chưa có sổ đỏ cũng như giấy sử dụng đất. Năm 2000 xã làm sổ đỏ nhưng gia đình tôi không làm.</p>
<p>Cách đây 6 tháng (1/7/2013) tôi lên xã làm sổ đỏ. cán bộ xã đưa cho 1 bộ hồ sơ để làm các yêu cầu của hồ sơ. Tôi đã làm hoàn tất các yêu cầu của hồ sơ. </p>
<p>Gia đình chúng tôi sử dụng đất hoang từ năm 1987. sủ dụng trước mốc 15-10-1993. </p>
<p>Nhưng đến giờ cán bộ xã chưa làm xong. Gia đình chúng tôi thấy làm sổ đỏ lâu. gia đình chúng tôi cần sổ đỏ để bán đất. </p>
<p>Vậy thưa Luật Sư! chúng tôi làm gì để được làm sổ đỏ. Tôi đã nộp hồ sơ lên xã.</p>

Và gia đình em có nói chuyện với công an rằng đó là điều không may xảy ra, và lúc đó người ta sang đường không nhìn nên em trai em đã đâm vào, gi đình kia bắt bồi thường tiền và bắt rằng em trai em đi tù.và đã cho rằng con người ta không sai gì cả, khi gia đình em có nói thì công an lại cám không cho nói. Vậy luật sư có thể cho em phương án giải quyết và hướng hình phạt khi sự việc này xảy ra không ạ. Cảm ơn luật sư, và mong luật sư sớm cho em xin ý kiến phản hồi. ',

Cách em khoảng 30 đến 40 mét có 2 bạn đang trong đó 1 bạn cầm súng hơi nhắm thắng về phía tôi bắn phát thứ nhất xuyên qua vai em lúc đó em giật mình và kêu lên bọn mày ơi đừng bắn nữa<br />
Nhưng nó vẫn tiếp tục bắn phát thứ 2 trúng thẳng vào con mắt phải của tôi<br />
Lúc đó tôi hốt hoảng lao thẳng vào người bắn và gục ngã ra vì quá đau<br />
sau đó bạn tạp trung đưa tôi lên bệnh viện huyện ,nhưng bệnh viện huyện giới thiệu sang bệnh biện việt nam ba lan nghệ an<br />
sau khi bệnh viện việt nam ba lan khám và chụp xquang kết quả 1 viên đạn nằm thẳng giữa con mắt phải của tôi<br />
tiếp đến Bệnh viện đa khoa việt nam ba lan giới thiệu đi thẳng ra bệnh viện mắt WT<br />
Sau khi bệnh viên mắt WT khám và và khâu mổ lấy viên đạn ra hiện nay viên đạn đang nhoèm máu tôi đang cất giữ<br />
Bác sì bảo con mắt rách hết giác mạc bị mù vĩnh viện sau khi sự việc xảy ra gia đình có con cầm súng bắn cam kết sẽ cung cấp chi phí điều trị và giải quyết dân sự .nhưng thời gian tôi nằm viện chỉ đưa cho gia đình tôi 3 lần 26 triệu trong lúc đó tôi phải chi trả cho bệnh viện 52 triệu có đầy đủ hóa đơn chứng từ ,<br />
Hiện tại bây giờ gia đình đó không quan tâm gì nữa ,<br />
Chúng tôi rất buồn bực không biết làm sao.khi kêu đến thì gia đình đó bảo là hết tiền rồi để cho con nó đi tù chứ không có tiền nữa .(xin nói rõ thêm về người cầm súng bắn y đã có 1 vợ 2 con sống chung với bố mẹ bố.bố y cũng là cháu ruột của trưởng công an xã chúng tôi ở cùng trong 1 thôn -xã với nhau )sau khi sự việc xảy ra công an cũng lấy lời khai tịch thu khẩu súng<br />
Vậy tôi xin kính nhờ các luật sư giúp đỡ cho tôi phải tiến hành thủ tục như thế nào để gồm những thứ gì<br />
